Since its creation in 1978, Air Inuit has expanded to the point of serving Quebec's Far North in its entirety. Over the years, we've learned how to overcome adverse conditions by developing advanced expertise and the necessary infrastructure to ensure the security and comfort of our passengers, as well as the maintenance of our aircraft. What motivates us to make your travel a unique experience, however, are the warmth and pride of the Inuit people.
At Air Inuit, the safety of our passengers is priority number one. That's why we've implemented an advanced safety management system that meets the world's highest aviation standards. Our experienced flight crew will make sure that you travel with peace of mind.
Our fleet consists of renowned, high-performance aircraft, including the Boeing 737-200 and Bombardier's Dash 8-300. Both have been reconfigured to offer extra cargo capacity and have been adapted to cold weather, increasing the comfort of our passengers.
In addition to offering complimentary drinks and hot meals during longer flights, Air Inuit also serves snacks, including the famous bannock ("panirtitaq" in Inuktituk), or "Northern bread", on certain flights. It's our way of introducing you to Inuit cuisine.
Each and every member of our staff undergoes rigorous training before assuming their duties. On the ground and in the air, we ensure an irreproachable experience worthy of the most prestigious airlines.
An inflight entertainment system is available on schedules B737 and Dash 8 flights of 30 minutes or more, allowing our passengers to watch movies and series, read magazine and play video games on their own device.
