Station Agent - Part-time

Tasks descriptions

  • Carry out all necessary functions of a passenger/cargo customer service agent;
  • All other duties deemed necessary by the company in order to ensure the effectiveness of the operation.

Requirements

  • Secondary IV or equivalent experience;
  • Bilingual (English/Inuktituk) or (French/Inuktituk) or (French/English);
  • The capacity to offer an excellent customer service;
  • Punctual and reliable;
  • Ability to learn specialized programs;
  • Available to travel occasionally for training;
  • Available to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Benefits and Salary

The salary is determined according to our compensation policy
– Level 5 ($15.69/hr - $17.31/hr).
