Administrative Assistant - Maternity Leave

Tasks descriptions

  • Provide support to the employees including for Skyline;
  • Assist the Finance department with issues related to cargo sales reports and invoicing;
  • Process cargo and baggage claims and ensure a follow-up with the customer;
  • Provide customer support, including cargo inquiries and quotations;
  • Provide assistance to the administrative assistant;
  • Perform other duties within the scope of the position as deemed necessary by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bilingual written and spoken (French/English), Inuktitut (an asset);
  • College Diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written);
  • Professional attitude, responsible and reliable;
  • The capacity to offer an excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Working knowledge of the Airline industry (an asset).
  • Proficient knowledge of the Skyline cargo software and of the Air Inuit Tariff;
  • Be available certain weekends to provide support over the telephone.
 

Benefits and Salary

The salary is determined according to our compensation policy
– Level 5 ($32,638 - $36,014).
