Aircraft Technician – Hydro Québec Division

Tasks descriptions

  • Perform maintenance tasks on Hydro Quebec's aircraft according to the manufacturer's standards and the company's maintenance policies.
  • Perform the required maintenance tasks, (opening of panels, cleaning, lubrication, visual inspection or test) and report any technical defects detected.
  • Repairing defects, replacing components and / or modifying systems in accordance with current manuals and procedures.
  • Perform all maintenance tasks requisitioned by the foreman.

Requirements

  • Collegial schooling; DEC in aircraft maintenance or equivalent.
  • Holds an active, accredited AME, M2 license with endorsement on the Bombardier DHC 8/300 and Q400, would be a major asset.
  • Has excellent manual dexterity.
  • Has a complete tool selection for the type of work offered.
  • We are looking for a candidate who has a good attitude and team worker.
  • Communicates well, both in English and in French, oral and written.
  • Available to work overtime if needed.
