YUL AEROQUAI ACCESS

Alternate Route for Passengers Requiring Elevator Access

In progress since

The two elevators located at each end of the tunnel connecting the terminal building and the Aeroquai are currently out of service until June 26, 2026.

Passengers with reduced mobility, families travelling with strollers, and anyone requiring elevator access can still reach Air Inuit departure gates by following the alternate accessible route outlined below.

Alternate Route

  1. Once you have cleared the security screening checkpoint, follow your usual route toward the Aeroquai.
  2. Proceed toward Gates 1–34.
  3. Follow the signs for the shuttle serving Gates 17–34 via Gate 10.
  4. Take the elevator located near Gate 10 and go down one level.
  5. Follow the accessible wayfinding signs leading to the shuttle area.
  6. Proceed to Gate 10. An attendant will be available to direct you to the shuttle.
  7. The shuttle will take you directly to Gate 34 in the Aeroquai.
  8. Upon arrival at Gate 34 in the Aeroquai:
    • Turn right to access Gates 23 and higher.
    • Turn left to access Gates 19 and 21.
