Prepare Your Shipment

To help you prepare, here's an overview of some important aspects of the shipping process. Follow these guidelines to ensure your shipment arrives at its destination intact and on time.

Shipments may only be accepted for transportation if the shipper, recipient, or owner has complied with tariff regulations as well as laws, ordinances and other government regulations governing the transportation of goods.

An Air Waybill (AWB) is a freight document that constitutes the contract of carriage between you and Air Inuit, describing in detail the terms of transport of your shipment and which must be completed in accordance with applicable rules and procedures.

To obtain a waybill, please contact your regional cargo department.

If you are sending us your shipment through a courier, please make sure you attach the waybill to the package inside a pocket so we can take out and keep a copy.
