Support Agent - Commercial Operations

Tasks descriptions

  • Respond with compassion and care to customer inquiries by email and phone;
  • Ensure adequate follow-up of the complaints;
  • Evaluate client requests and perform the necessary research, internally and externally, to respond appropriately;
  • Maintain and apply cargo transport services and standards across the network;
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication with clients, employees and other departments within the company;
  • Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded;
  • Treat baggage claims
  • Perform any other duties required by the company.


  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Good experience in customer service, cargo logistics and claims, preferably in the aviation industry;
  • Good knowledge of air cargo transportation rules and Transport Canada regulations;
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently;
  • Leadership and decision-making skills, stress tolerance;
  • Being familiar with the territory of Nunavik and the characteristics of the company are assets;
  • Spoken and written bilingualism: French / English is mandatory (Inuktitut an asset);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

The salary is determined according to the company’ compensation policy. Level 6 ($36 014 - $39 390)
