Crew Scheduler

Tasks descriptions

  • Monitor and publish flight schedules for Flight Attendants and Pilots;
  • Process flight schedules and flight changes as needed;
  • Process flight exchanges/switches;
  • Coordinate with the Chief Pilot, the Chief Flight Attendant and the Charter Department for flight crew schedule changes, ground schools, flight training, etc.;
  • Make travel and hotel reservations for flight crew as needed;
  • Process data on various computer programs;
  • Be available to replace, sometimes without much notice, colleagues on rotation, including weekends and statutory holidays;
  • Perform all other duties deemed necessary by the company in order to ensure the effectiveness of the operation.


  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of office software, such as Excel, Word, etc.;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Experience, training or knowledge of flight operations would be an asset;
  • Knowledge of the current regulations regarding duty time, rest periods, etc.;
  • Knowledge of collective agreements;
  • Bilingual (French and English).
