Store Agent

Tasks descriptions

  • Ensure that shipments and pickups are processed and expedited efficiently;
  • Ensure that the paperwork referred to above is accurate and current;
  • Assist the Stores Agent – Senior in maintaining the parts storage areas in an orderly condition;
  • Assist the Stores Agent – Senior in any other area of Stores as required for training purposes ;
  • Assist with AOG service as required;
  • Carry out all other assigned tasks.


  • Must have a valid driver's license;
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) including an airside driver’s permit.
  • Must be physically able to load/unload shipments;
  • Prior experience with aviation materials an asset;
  • Prior experience with automated inventory control of aviation materials an asset;
  • Familiarity with certification and related Airworthiness requirements for aviation category materials considered an asset ;
  • To work co-operatively as a primary contributor in a team setting;
  • Ability to show initiative, innovation and a good sense of organization;
  • Must be available for occasional northern travel.

Working conditions

 Schedule from 7:00 to 3:00
