  • Passenger Services: Check-in of passengers and their baggage, prepare flight documentation and others;
  • Cargo Services: Prepare documents related to cargo such as cargo manifest, waybills, etc.:
  • Assist in the loading and offloading of baggage and cargo of the aircraft;
  • Usage of various ground equipment;
  • Assure all applicable internal safety measures and procedures are complied with;
  • To accomplish any other tasks of a similar nature assigned to them by their supervisor.


  • Secondary IV or equivalent experience;
  • Bilingual (English/Inuktituk) or (French/Inuktituk) or (French/English);
  • The capacity to offer an excellent customer service;
  • Punctual and reliable;
  • Ability to learn specialized programs;
  • Available to travel occasionally for training;
  • Available to work evenings, nights and weekends.


The salary is determined according to our compensation policy

– Level 5 (starting at $32,638)
– Northern Allowance $10,000 (if applicable)
