  • Ensure cargo agents comply with established procedures and that cargo is built up properly, segregated by DG, and dimmed to ascertain approximate weights;
  • Daily operational tracking of performance, taking immediate action to correct any shortfalls;
  • Ensure compliance with Transport Canada and other governmental agencies;
  • Support the Station Base Manager with different tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling, training and discipline;
  • Assist agents when needed;
  • All other duties deemed necessary by the company in order to ensure the effectiveness of the operation.


  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 5-Year experience as a cargo agent or cargo handler required;
  • Must be able to obtain a YUL airport RAIC (Secured Zone Access) as well as a D/A (Airside vehicle operator’s permit);
  • Forklift certification;
  • Ability to communicate in at least 2 of the following languages: Inuktitut, French, English;
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge of Cargo management system is an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Excellent aptitude for customer service, communication skills.
