  • Under the supervision of the Commercial Operations Director, the appointee will have the responsibility to direct the counter personnel and planned all services and operations in accordance with the highest security and quality industry standards;
  • Plan and organize all departures and arrivals at the FBO and all ground operations in accordance with the ground handling team;
  • Ensure communication between the department and Dispatch, Maintenance, Charters and Operations as well with the extern firms;
  • Plan and organize the work schedule for all FBO employees;
  • Plan and organize all training for the counter employees and ensure their renewal;
  • Capable to establish realistic objectives and ensure the controls and supervision to reach them;
  • Ensure employees fill in their time cards and adjust them accordingly;
  • Assist the team in their daily tasks;
  • In charge of the billing (daily and monthly sales reports);
  • Perform all other duties deemed necessary by the company in order to ensure the effectiveness of the operation.


  • Aviation and personnel management experience, an asset;
  • Advance knowledge of office software such as : Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Knowledge of SITA’s DCS system, an asset;
  • Have strong communication and problem solving skills;
  • Complete with success Transport Canada’s security check and get your airport pass for regulated zones (RAIC);
  • Bilingual (English/French) , Inuktitut, an asset;
  • Be able to communicate in writing as well as orally;
  • The capacity to offer an excellent customer service;
  • Able to generate fluid teamwork;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Available to work flexible hours;

Working conditions

  • Temporary position until at least November 2021.

Level 7   ($39,390 - $45,018)
