Accumulate Aeroplan® points on Air Inuit scheduled flights!

Travelers must provide their Aeroplan number when booking online, via call center, travel agency or other distribution channels. Additionally, the Aeroplan number can be added when checking in at the airport.

    The following requirements, conditions and restrictions will apply to accumulate Aeroplan points on eligible Air Inuit scheduled flights:

    Aeroplan Members will accumulate Aeroplan points for travel on qualifying flights and fare classes as follows:

    Important Reminder
    In order to accumulate Aeroplan points, the name on the reservation must be identical as the one of your Aeroplan profile.

AEROPLAN

Q: Do I need to be an Aeroplan member to earn points?
 A: Yes. Only Aeroplan members can earn points. Registration is free at aeroplan.com.

Q: Where can I create an Aeroplan account?
 A: Directly via the Aeroplan enrolment page.

Q: When can I provide my Aeroplan membership number to earn points?
 A: Starting October 1, 2025, when booking (website, call centre) or directly at the check-in counter.

Q: Can I earn Aeroplan points on all Air Inuit flights?
 A: No. Only scheduled commercial flights are eligible. Charter flights and certain special classes (N, Z) are not eligible.

Q: How many Aeroplan points will I earn per Air Inuit flight?
 A: The number of points depends on the itinerary and ticket type. The earning chart is available at airinuit.com – Aeroplan section.

Q: When will I be able to use my Aeroplan points to book an Air Inuit flight?
 A: This option will be available in 2026. The exact date will be confirmed later.

Q: How can I claim missing points for my Air Inuit flights
 A: You can claim missing points by filling in the form available on your Aeroplan profile on their official website.

Q: Will my Aeroplan points appear on my account statement?
 A: Yes. Points earned on Air Inuit flights will appear on your Aeroplan statement. Please allow between 30 and 60 days before they are posted in your account.

Q: Will my Aeroplan points earned on Air Inuit flights appear on my statement?
A: Yes. Points earned on your Air Inuit flights will appear on your Aeroplan statement. Please allow a few days for them to appear.

Q: Will my Isaruuk points converted to Aeroplan points appear on my statement?
A: Yes. The converted points will appear on your Aeroplan statement by December 15, 2025.
